Glazed Almond Cake

1 cup butter , softened
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ground almond
1 cup milk

Toppings
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup toster sliced almond

Direction
1.Preheat oven 175 degree , grease and flour pan 9 inch
2.Mix together flour,baking powder,salt, and ground almonds.
3.Beat butter and sugar to light and fluffy
4.Blend in 1 egg after another
5.Bake for 40 minutes
6.combine topping ingredient
7.spread on top of the warm cake. :)

Banana Cake

3 eggs

2 cups flour + 2 teaspns baking powder

3/4 cup sugar

4 banana tali + 1 teaspn bicarbonate (smashed)

1 tablespoon fresh milk

200 gm butter

1 drop vanilla essense

Beat butter + sugar + vanilla ess.

add eggs one after another

add flour

add smashed banana

add fresh milk......................

Bake 180 degree for 30 minutes.............. tada !!!

Healthy Eggless Butterless Milkless Cake

INGREDIENTS
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together.
Combine all the wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Pour the liquid ingredients all at once into the dry ingredients, and beat until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20-25 minutes. Let cool in pan. When cool sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
